Honey is a great addition to margherita pizzas, I always get that option whenever available

honey is actually really good. I don't think of it very often, but any time I've had it, it's been excellent.

Thinking about it, I'm not sure toppings really influence the quality of a pizza much at all

you can put any random toppings on a good pizza, and it remains good

I think I mostly care about toppings if I'm getting a chain pizza and know they're going to be the only good part of it
