just because the state doesn't have control over a situation doesn't mean that situation shouldn't exist

in a utopian society you would not need cops to arrest people...

because it takes 2-3 cops to take one person

I think that distills down my thoughts separate from any laws written/unwritten

and then each car holds 2 people

and you lose cop cars to the riot itself

and people break free
