Jason Schreier wrote a piece about how the game has cost Rockstar $2B so far to develop
which is the single most expensive piece of media ever made, regardless of how you factor in inflation or w/e
Not factoring in inflation, it is the same cost as the manhattan project
he's also reporting the $100-$150 price tag as being something they're still considering (base game $99.99 with a few higher tiers up to $149.99)

so thats like 130 CAD
if they don't do that it's going to be $70 with a ~$20 online pass required
I feel like the game is going to be wildly successful either way, but have no idea if it's going to be good RoI
