I think I was expecting more Dragon's Dogma levels of magic/fantasy

because i think there's a big difference between dragons dogma and like lotr

I think there are two measures there's how clearly defined a world's magic system is and whether the influence of magic in the world is increasing/decreasing

and this doesn't map to low/high cleanly

for me a big part of it is races
