This is just the stuff I am watching
They decided, for whatever reason, to preair the first 6 episodes (and cut them in half, so it aired as 12 mini episodes)
It was a decent enough show, it is not a standout masterpiece of all time like some people have been hyping it up to be
Fantasy world where humanity is trapped in a small region because there are powerful monsters who block their path outward. Humanity desires to know what is beyond the region they are stuck in
Show opens on a group of hero's selected to fight one of the great monsters to clear a path for humanity
That is the zero spoiler synopsis
I have not seen AoT, I do not think it is similar, but I guess the zero spoiler synopsis is similar to the base premise of AoT
If you watch like the first 15-20 minutes of the first episode (they dropped E1 as an hour long first episode), you'll know if you'd like it for the most part I think
I looked back at the season it aired, I forgot that was the season I watched 14 shows
This coming season I am watching 7 + 3 ongoing (rezero, slime, iruma)
Also I forgot to comment but uh, my wife is ruined...

Watched all of Mistress Kanan is Devilishly Easy, Polu initially told me not to bother with it based on the initial episodes, but then said he kinda regretted that because it got better once the side characters showed up. I liked it
I liked it too, MC was sorta lame in E1-E2 so I get Polu's initial read of it
It was on my "maybe, but only if Polu tells me it is worth it" list from when we did the trailers
he said not to so I didn't, then I watched all of it last night/today
It's not funny enough that I'd recommend people go out of their way to watch it
but as a seasonal it was solid

I liked Yowayowa Sensei more, which is a vaguely similiar niche
lol, opposite opinion
I thought that show was trash, and was the low-effort ecchi show of the season
ik there was an actual lower-effert, thirstier show
but that teacher one was pretty bad
I don't agree, I enjoy the characters
I love studio mappa (sarcasm)
Although they did finally release the zombieland saga movie, so they get +1 points
