The general writing trend seems to be most people who get isekai'd are usually pretty chill with it, the more accomplished/older, the more content they are
The cases where there's an ernest effort to return, or resent the isekai, are usually young and have some core motivation

No, he means, they are born, then die and are isekai'd
It's a scenario I'm sure is happened, but I can't think of any clear cases of it

Yeah there would be very little reason to show that as justification but it's likely it's happened before.
