This concept of anti-black racism seems entirely unfounded, artificial, made-up.

And so if a certain number of people from x community aren't likely to turn a profit to the company, they'll be rejected if given an option from an equally qualified person in another area and so on

Saying it's harder "because of their names" I'm unsure on because I've never heard of that. But I will say that giant multi-national firms have to rely on sheer data to decide who to hire
