Look around you, look how the world actually functions, you see black people have hundreds of advocacy groups, politicians are constantly taking into consideration black issues, schools constantly venerate the unique struggle of black people in history
And so if a certain number of people from x community aren't likely to turn a profit to the company, they'll be rejected if given an option from an equally qualified person in another area and so on
