I still can't beat my 7 minute mile time though ever since that first time weirdly enough
for those of yall keeping track, i've still been keepin up at the gym
I haven't ran a mile since like freshman year, but now that I know I can do it I'ma put a lot of work into getting better at it, at the end of the day though I feel like I made an accomplishment and the people I care about are proud of me as well
Damn leg, I'm super impressed with a 5:30 time. I'm like 10 pounds underweight for my height but I'm still really awful at running. I'm hoping to get sub 6 minutes by the end of this school year
