On 90% of laptops there are also some repair options. I have trouble remembering the Win10 hotkeys for some of them, but if you manually power off and then quickly power on/off a couple times you'll enter the diagnostic mode

If your at the lock screen and you can't select the ease-of-access icon in the bottom-right, hold down your right shift key for 10 seconds or so to see if that
