For the second pokemon spawn to keep a close eye on what spawns, I chose a good one that spawned a koffing, paras, and a raticate...

They're a rare spawn at water spawn points too I think

But for the ones it does find, it is still useful

Plus while it does work when it's not overloaded server side, it misses Pokemon

I used it a little but it's broken at the moment

It's a good idea to take note of the time Pokemon spawn and then you can go back there when it is spawning time

In the case of the one next to my house, water Pokemon at 20 past the hour every hour

Spawning is, a pokemon from a spawn pool unique to that spawn point at a certain time once an hour
