also have had many games where the war in heaven, both awakens have been next to/ either side of me or near by
the khans been spawning next to or inside my empire for a good while
so I just didn't give a shit
for the first time in a number of games, the khan spawned on the opposite side of the galaxy
or in this game
I still like fighting the khan

I though he used to take a planet from you
theres very little downsides
just surrender to the khan Kappa
and static defenses are important
Your standing navy is your greatest defense most of the time

awakens are like 80K now btw
fallen empires will walk through your defenses though. at least it'll slow them though
