Prison is a way out to those who commit crimes

"It doesn't matter if i get caught, atleast ill only just go to jail"

That sort of mentality creates more prisoners

some people PURPOSLY go to jail

so they can have food and shelter

Instead we can get rid of all criminals

by just killing them
