emiya used his command spells for teleporting saber to the school when he was fighting with shinji, when saber was fighting berserker to stop her from using her noble phantasm, and to destroy the holy grail

but in UBW he uses one when he stops saber from killing rin

I don't think he used one there in fate route unless I'm misremembering something
