like in detail

When Marth gets buffed with an out of combat buff (i.e. Hone Atk 3, etc...), Exalted Falchion gives Marth an in-combat buff equivalent to the out of combat buff.

So if Marth gets Rally Attacked to get +4 attack, Exalted Falchion gives him an additional +4
