all of Low Level Elpis should be at least 10 levels higher

if levels actually indicated how high you should be to fight them

that surprise encounter at the end of the elpis side quest chain is level 45s and i couldn't even put a dent in them at level 62

some of the side quests are pure cancer

like the wall writing quest

i spent the entire campaign on tuesday trying to find the hidden treasure for torigoth's

just solid hours running around that small area

theres one where you have to "sneak" past patroling level 95+s to kill some level 45s

how about Ursula's S rank affinity quest

and swap back to nia because rex is incompetent

rex is only 67 because i haven't been using him

I was healer rex for it

i probably could have done it without swapping back to nia, but i wasn't going to level grind rex up to 70 for the fight
