NV was always worse than other games

as far as total conversion mods went

it's not even a total conversion

it's literally all of fallout 3 inside of fallout nv

and you can seamlessly travel between both

in theory anyways- but I'm getting horrible FPS

Despite it taking about 4-5 hours to install and set everything up, I'm just going to try to remove everything and reinstall it all
