She probably has an absurdly high break rate
The first one always worked for me

nor can you legally get GMax for it afaik

meaning gamefreak cant think of a more interesting idea than fusion
now that there's 6 regis lets get a fusion
if this is accurate than 3 of the past 4 generations have a fusion mechanic
